What will my clients hear by email?
On February 23rd your clients will receive an email informing them that Receipt Bank is now Dext Prepare. That email will also assure them that they can continue to use Dext Prepare using the same mobile app and login information as before, and invite them to our Dext Generation event with Sir Tim Berners-Lee to find out even more.

What’s Dext?
Dext is the new name for our company. We make your accountant, and your business, more productive, profitable and powerful with better data and insight. We make accountants, and the businesses you look after, more productive and profitable with better data and insight.
We’ve also changed the name of our products to more accurately describe what it does.
Dext Prepare (formerly Receipt Bank) helps you prepare finances automatically for your accountant, to free you up to focus on the things you got into business for.
What does it mean for me?
You’ll see on your phone the same app, with a new name ‘Dext Prepare’. If you search for Receipt Bank it will still show up.
For your accountant, it means getting your business finances in real-time.
For your business, it means they’re freed up to give you financial insights that will help you grow.
For you, nothing changes about the way you use the Dext Prepare app, or Dext Prepare (with Receipt Bank) on the web. We’ll be announcing new features in 2021, and you’ll be the first to hear.

Can I still log in to app.receipt-bank.com?
From February 23rd 2021 app.receipt-bank.com will automatically redirect to app.dext.com and all current Receipt Bank users will be able to login there using the same username and password as before.
If you use a password manager such as LastPass, Bitwarden, 1Password etc. you can add dext.com as an alias to receipt-bank.com and your password manager will automatically enter your existing password.
If you use both Dext Prepare and Dext Precision you will be able to log in separately to each product, but from February 23rd 2021 we will start migrating your accounts to a single login so that you can access both products using just your Prepare details. Your Account Manager will be in touch to manage this with you.
What is happening to the Receipt Bank mobile app?
From February 23rd 2021 there will be a new update available to all Receipt Bank users on iOS and Android devices that will update the app name to Dext. From March 8th 2021 the app's logo will change to the Dext logo. There will be no change to functionality and all Receipt Bank users will be able to continue using the app as normal with their existing username and password.
What is happening to referral links?
Referral links are not changing so you can continue to share yours as normal.
Can I still submit documents to my @receiptbank.me email address?
Yes. Every user will have a new @dext.cc address that is identical to their Receipt Bank one (i.e. if your address was business@receiptbank.me it will now be business@dext.cc) but Dext Prepare will support your existing address for the next couple of years, and we will give you plenty of notice when we stop doing so. Changing one email-in address will automatically update the other.
