You can send a support request using this Help Centre
To start a chat, click on the grey ‘Leave a Message’ box in the bottom right of the screen. Fill in your details and our support agents will contact you as soon as possible
This will open a live chat window where you can ask questions that require urgent answers. Our dedicated agents will respond to you quickly and answer any queries you may have.
If there are no support agents immediately available, we will submit your request as an email support ticket and reply to you within 4 hours.
A ‘Need Help?’ button is located in the bottom-right corner of the web-app. You can use this to answer quick queries and submit support requests.
If you ever find yourself stuck when navigating through the web app, click this ‘Need Help’ button and type in your question. This will demonstrate how to perform certain actions or provide information for general queries.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, scroll down on the suggested answer box, and you’ll find the option to raise a support query within the web app.
