How to send a support request using the mobile app

You're trying to find an answer but you can't see it? Or maybe too busy to go through the HelpCentre?

Just send us a request and we'll be happy to help!

 1.Navigate to the "Settings" menu and then open "Help and Support".

 2.You'll be presented with the mobile version of HelpCentre. At the bottom of the page, you have the green "+" button to "Submit a request".

 3.Type in your message and hit "Send"

 4.If you'd like to attach any items, please do use the paperclip icon.
