So you’ve set up a client with a 1Tap account, but they have misplaced their login details to access the mobile app?
From your Practice Platform dashboard, you’re easily able to send your client these details with an invitation to download the 1Tap app:
1.Navigate to your practice’s "Account settings" and click "Account Details".
2.At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a section labelled ‘Sole Trader Clients’ and click the unique link that starts ‘get.1tap…’
3.On the next screen, simply fill out your client’s mobile phone number and click ‘Invite to 1Tap’.
That’s all there is to it - your client will then receive an SMS text message with a link to download the 1Tap mobile app and start submitting their receipts and invoices.
