How to Set Up a 1Tap Client?

You can do this straight from the Practice Platform! 

1.Please navigate to the Account View of your Practice Platform dashboard.

2.Click ‘Add New Client’.

3.Select 1Tap and fill out your client’s information, including their email address and mobile phone number.

4.Click ‘Invite to 1Tap’ - that’s all there is to it!

Your client will automatically receive an SMS message inviting them to download the 1Tap mobile application - all they need to do is click the link provided and all their information will be pre-filled for them.

Once they’ve got the app, they just need to start snapping their receipts and invoices!

While you wait for your client to get started, they will move to the ‘Pending’ list at the top of your Account View.
