When you add a new client to your Receipt Bank Dashboard, you can choose to send them a text message inviting them to use the Receipt Bank Mobile App.

This is a free feature that speeds up the process of introducing and familiarising your clients with Receipt Bank’s most popular submission method.
Your client will receive a text message with a download link to the Receipt Bank Mobile App. Once downloaded, they’ll already be logged in with their credentials and will be ready to start submitting items immediately.
- To add a new client, navigate to the ‘Client management' section of the Partner Dashboard. Press ‘New Client’ and select the account type:
- Specify if you're adding an SME or Sole Trader
- Fill in all your client’s details.
- Enter your client’s mobile number, and select ‘Notify Client via SMS’.
- Selecting this option will send an SMS containing a URL to your client. Following this link will let them download the app.
- Once they’ve opened the app, they can create a personal password then ‘Save & Login’.
- Your client will now be connected to your account! They can start uploading items straight away.
You can also invite existing account users via SMS by going to the 'Maintain users' section of your client's account.
