Have you ever wondered if an item reached your Receipt Bank account? For cases like this one, you can always count on the Submission history information found within the Account settings menu.
You can see that items come into batches, clicking on a batch opens it and you can take a look into all the items within. When you hit 'Locate' the system will lead you to the place where the item is stored (Archive or Inbox).
If the items were deleted (by accident or not), then the button will say 'Restore'. Hitting it, will make the item available again to its previous location.
