If you need to submit items to two different profiles or accounts using the mobile app, it's easy to set them up and switch between them as you work.
Typical examples of this are if you need to submit both company purchases and personal expenses, or if your or your client has multiple businesses, each with a separate Receipt Bank account.
1. If you have already setup the Mobile app with one profile, proceed to step 2. If not, learn more about setting up the Mobile app here.
2. Log into the app with the first profile. From the Receipt Bank Inbox, click the Settings icon at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click Add Account.
Please ensure that the second profile has already been set up on the Receipt Bank web application; clicking 'Create Account' will create a brand new profile on a brand new account unrelated to yours!
4. When prompted, enter the email address and password associated with the second profile. Once logged in you will be able to submit from this account on the Mobile app.
5. In order to toggle between accounts in the future, click the settings icon.
