"Stop auto-renew" is an option provided to direct clients to cancel the service. If you're a Partner, please contact your account manager first or send us a request.
1. Login to your Receipt Bank account.
2. Navigate to ‘Account settings’ menu and open the ‘Account details’ tab.
3.From here switch to ‘Subscription’ and click ‘Show billing details’.
4. Find ‘To stop auto-renew of your subscription please click here’
5. Fill in a quick feedback survey and finish the process.
