‘Client management’ is the tab in your Partner Account that gives you access to your clients' accounts.
- Here you can add new clients and access the accounts of your present ones. We know you might have a lot of clients and to make your life simple, we put them in an alphabetical order. To make it even easier we placed a search box on the top right corner, where you can search your clients by name.
- In a glimpse, you will be able to see some basic metrics for your clients, such as the number of users, the integrated accounting software, and the average submission rate for the past/current 3 months. You can also manage the clients' settings and your team’s access to their accounts from the ‘Manage’ button to the right of each client.
