How to change your billing details

Change your billing details to update the information Dext Prepare uses to pay for your subscription.

Find out how to change your billing details if you're a: 

1. Dext Prepare account on Business, Business Plus, or Business Premium plan
2. Accountant or Bookkeeper on Dext Prepare on Streamline or Optimize (paying by card)
3. Accountant or Bookkeeper on Dext Prepare on Streamline or Optimize (paying by direct debit))

Dext Prepare account on Business, Business Plus, or Business Premium plan

Change your billing details by clicking into My Profile and selecting the Subscription tab.

This is where you can make updates to your Card Details, Tax Details, Billing Address, and Business Address.

Accountant or Bookkeeper on Dext Prepare on Streamline or Optimize (paying by card)

Change your billing details by clicking into 'My Profile' > 'Subscription'.

Select 'Update billing details' or 'To update your card details please click here'. This will open a window where you can change how you pay for Dext Prepare. Each field will save automatically when you click elsewhere on the page.

Accountant or Bookkeeper on Dext Prepare on Streamline or Optimize (paying by direct debit)

Change your billing details clicking into 'My Profile'>'Subscription'.

Select 'To update your bank details please click here', as below.

On the next window, enter your updated bank account details in the form provided.
