If your client has taken out a trial account, it’s easy for you to add their account to your subscription, taking on their items and giving you access to their account.
Ask your client to log into their account, select their ‘Account settings’ menu and navigate to the ‘Account details’ tab. Here, they can hit ‘Grant access’ and enter your email address so you will be sent a request to add them to your subscription.
Only one Receipt Bank account can be associated with an email address at a given time. It’s important that your client transfers their subscription to you in order to prevent any problems that they might otherwise encounter setting up a new account.
