Which notification emails will my client receive?

By default your client will receive a notification email when their account is created, and will receive acknowledgement, account, processing and publishing emails.

You can easily control what emails your client will receive when you make their account:

1.Go to your client’s ‘Account settings’ menu, and navigate to the ‘Maintain users’ tab

2.Click on ‘Manage’ button and select ‘Email subscriptions’.

3.Choose what types of email your client will receive and how often.
