Can a client move from one Receipt Bank Partner to another?

Yes, they can.

All your client has to do is log in to their Receipt Bank account, navigate to their ‘Account settings’ menu and select the ‘Account details’ tab. From the ‘Grant access’ button, they can revoke the access of their previous accountant, or request that their new accountant adds them to their subscription.

When transferring a client’s user account from one accountant to another, we keep track of client’s history.

Only clients with user accounts can transfer from one accountant to another. If a client’s new accountant does not use Receipt Bank, the new accountant will be sent an invitation.
