Can my clients use the Mobile app?



Help-Centre_Partner3.gifAs our Partner you can encourage your clients to use the Mobile app as much as possible.

First, make sure that you have given them a user account, otherwise they will be unable to log into the app.

Then your client can download the app on their phone, log in to their Receipt Bank account, and start submitting receipts on the go!

Top Tip

To setup a user account, so they can use the app, please navigate to the client’s ‘Account settings’ menu and select the ‘Maintain users’ tab, where you can “Create a new user” or ‘Manage’ their privileges.
