Do I need to enter an address for every user?

Well, it is not possible to create a user without an address associated with it.

Depending on the type of user you want to create, you can either:

  • Use the drop-down menu to set the address as yours, or that of another accountant at your practice.
  • You can set a unique address for that user.

And even when you create a new user for your own Practice account, you must enter an address manually.

The dropdown boxes available when creating new users can save you time not just when entering a physical address, but when entering an email address as well. You can even BCC in other users associated with your Practice account. This can help you monitor a user’s activity, and control who receives notification emails.
