QuickBooks Online Tax Settings

custom_extract.pngYou can easily set a default tax setting to be applied to your items before sending them across to QuickBooks Online.

You have two ways of achieving this:

First one is to set a tax for all incoming items to Receipt Bank:

1.To do so, please navigate to your 'Account Settings' menu and open the 'Integration' tab (General tab for Extract Accounts).

2.Select the tax you wish from the drop-down menu.

The second one is to create a rule per supplier (this applies to Custom accounts only):

1.Open the 'Suppliers' tab and select a supplier. 

2.When its dashboard opens, please select the apporiate tax for it.
