401 Unauthorised error

custom_only.pngThis error occurs as a result of the integration with SageOne expiring. It can easily be resolved by reintegrating. 

1. Simply navigate to the 'Account Settings' menu and open the 'Integration' tab

2. Click 'Change' and choose 'SageOne' again

3. Complete the process by following the three steps below:
