How to recover a deleted item

It’s easier than ever with the new ‘Batches Received’ feature!

It is found within the new Welcome Dashboard of your account.

If you click on ‘Batches Received’, you’ll be presented with all the items sent to your account in batches. Batches may include more than one item in depending on the amount you submitted at once.

Here you can see these batches and arrange them by date, user, source, etc. in order to find the relevant batch and item. Once located click on 'Details' to preview the item(s) in.

Click on 'Restore' to recover those that were deleted.
