If you have an employee who doesn’t work for you anymore or for any other reason, you can follow these steps to suspend them:
1.Login to your Receipt Bank account and open the ‘Maintain users’ tab under ‘Account settings’ menu.
2.Click on ‘Manage’ button for the user you want to cancel.
3.From the bottom line menu select ‘Suspend user’ and then ‘Proceed’.
4.Find the user in the ‘Suspended users’ tab.
5.Here, if you click on ‘Manage’ you can enable the cancelled users.
