When you see this error message it would be best to:
1. Head to your 'Account settings' menu.
2. Open the 'Maintain lists' tab.
3. Under the 'Payment methods' section, you'll see your bank accounts that need to be managed before going on with publishing to QuickBooks online.
4.Here you can link a bank account you have set up in QuickBooks Online to a 'Payment method' in Receipt Bank.
5.Don't forget to go back to your item's edit page and put the proper payment method and publishing destination!
