They will spend as much time is necessary ensuring that you are happy with the service you are using. Communication is key, and as such we like to have stay in contact to ensure this. Further to this, if for some reason, your Account Manager is unavailable, another of our team at Receipt Bank will be happy to answer your call and any queries you may have! We also offer a free and comprehensive training program for you and your colleagues which covers other aspects of Receipt Bank. It is very useful when getting colleagues/users on board for the first time.
