In order to send your client their login details, follow these simple steps:
1.Login to your Receipt Bank account.
2.Go to 'Account View'
3.Click on the relevant Client Account
4.Go to ‘Account Settings’
5.Click 'Maintain Users' on the left hand side of your screen.
6.For the relevant user click 'Manage'
7.From the dropdown select 'Send Invitation Email'.
8. Enter in a memorable password and click ‘Save’.
Your client will receive an email with details explaining how to access this account. Should there be any problems, please get in contact with your Account Manager.
