The 'Filter' menu

The Filter menu allows you to easily organize the Client Inbox, reducing the amount of visible documents to a set criteria

Click the ‘Filter’ icon near the top-right of the Client Inbox and select the filtering options you’d like to apply to the Inbox. Click ‘Filter’ and we’ll create a tab in your Inbox that only shows items that follow this specification.

TIP: You can select multiple criteria at once to filter by multiple specifications.

This allows you to manage a large amount of documentation at one time, or work through the inbox systematically by filtering your view to relevant items.
