How to change to a multi-user trial

At Receipt Bank, we have two types of accounts for businesses: single and multi-user. When you sign up for a trial, that trial account is a single user trial account. While it is not possible to initially sign up for a multi-user trial account, your trial account can absolutely be switched over to a multi-user corporate trial account!

You may want to test out a multi-user account if your business is planning on having multiple users in Receipt Bank. Typically, this is the case if you have three or more people who plan to use Receipt Bank to submit expenses.

If you feel that you would benefit from trying a multi-user account during your trial*, contact and we’ll be able to switch your account over for you!

*Please, be aware that during your Trial you can add up to 5 users only while with a paid account you can add as many as you wish.
