Why are my items still in 'Processing'?

Your items should stay in the processing tab no longer than 24 hours. On average we see that items get processed in less than 6 hours though.

During processing the software extracts all the key data and you can easily follow their progress. Once the extraction is over the items will move automatically to the 'All' tab of your Inbox as ready or not ready to export.
