After submitting your items using the Android App you will receive notifications that your items have been processed and are ready to Archive or Export.
You can turn off/on these notifications from within the 'Settings' menu of the app.
If your Receipt Bank account is integrated to one of our cloud based accountancy software ad-ons you will be able to Publish.
If you don't have an integration you can Archive (as in the image above) your items so your Inbox doesn't fill up.
The app will also show the account you are archiving/publishing your items within.
