What impact does integrating Receipt Bank have on my existing data?

When you integrate Receipt Bank with external software, it is normal that a range of data is synced between the two systems.

The exact list depends upon the other system but typically includes:

  • chart of accounts / list of categories
  • list of projects
  • list of clients
Please be aware that if you already have a list in categories / clients / projects in Receipt Bank then it will be overwritten when you integrate. This will also affect existing receipts and invoices in Receipt Bank.
