Multi-User accounts are ideal for companies and partnerships, where there are numerous people, departments or branches with discreet outgoings. Typical users include sales teams with numerous expense claimants, businesses with several outlets or businesses that want to distinguish areas of expense.
Single-User accounts are best suited to individuals or small businesses where all the outgoings tend to mix together. This is typically used by contractors, tradesmen, shops, cafes, etc.
Partner accounts are specifically designed for accountants, bookkeepers and other types of business advisors. A Partner account includes the ability to create, edit and view multiple Receipt Bank accounts from one dashboard account.
