How can I cancel?

custom_extract.pngYour subscription will automatically renew each month or year, depending on your plan type. If you would like to stop the auto-renewal of your subscription, you can do this from within your Receipt Bank account at anytime.

Here are the steps:

2. Navigate to the 'Account Details' tab under 'Account Settings' menu.

3. Switch to 'Subscription' and click 'Show billing details'.

4. From there, please find the option that says "To stop auto-renew of your subscription please click here"

5. Then complete the stop auto-renew process.

After you have cancelled your subscription you will still be able access your account, and your items will remain in your account for seven years; so if the tax man comes knocking after your subscription has ended, you can still access all the items you have submitted to your account.
