When our Scanning team receives a Receipt Bag, they presume all the items should be processed as a single page item transaction, unless they are stapled together.
If you would like a multiple-page item to be scanned as one item, please paperclip them together before sending the envelope.
We also recommend to place your receipts in the Bag as soon as possible because they are sensitive to heat and moisture. Then if your items are completely faded we would be unable to process them.
Generally, the neater your receipts are, the clearer their images will be in your account. This is why we kindly ask you to avoid sending any smudged receipts.
Please note that an additional charge may apply for items in particularly bad condition.
