Authorisation failure - 11014 / Status code 401

This publishing error is a matter of integration problem which is best resolved with re-integration.

All needed is to refresh your integration with your cloud accounting software package:

 1. Head to the 'Account Settings' menu and open the 'Integration' tab.

 2. Click 'Change' next to 'QuickBooks Online' and re-select QBO again.

 3. Although the error messages may still appear, you can try to publish your items now

Please note that choosing 'None' instead of your current accounting package will lead to loss of your Chart of accounts and all set Supplier rules.

 

Once you have re-integrated, try to publish the items again, regardless of the error message that may still appear.
