How to reactivate my Partner account?

Reactivating your Partner Account is easy! Just login to your Receipt Bank Dashboard and find the bar stating “Your account has expired. Reactivate it now!”

1.Click on 'Reactivate it now' and you'll be presented with the option to choose your plan.

2.Select the Full Serviced Metered Plan - Pay Now, and complete the registration!

3.If the re-activation button is not displayed, it is most likely a case of a change in billing details. This can be easily resolved by re-subscribing as follows:

  • Navigate to the Account Settings > Account Details tab and switch to Subscription.
  • Click on "Modify".

  • Select 'Accountant & Bookkeeper - Full Service metered plan (by clients) (GBP)' and you'll be presented with the option to choose your plan.
  • Once you’ve updated your bank details, you'll see this info: Screen_Shot_2017-03-27_at_12.18.49.png
Please remember that Partners with Direct debit subscription are invoiced on the first day of the month and charged on the 6th. Partners with credit card subscription are invoiced on the same day each month.
