If you're using a desktop accounting software, it's easy to import your chart of accounts and download items as CSV files. Please login to your Receipt Bank Extract web account, then open your Account settings menu:
1. Click "Categories" from the menu on the left.
2. You can select a default list of categories from the dropdown menu.
3. Alternatively you can manually add your chart of accounts by clicking "Manual Creation".
