Why I don't have the option to publish?

If you don't have publishing rights, then you'll have the option to only delete or archive the item.

If you'd like to have publishing rights, you can try the following:

1.Contact the administrators of your account so they can upgrade your user privileges.

2.If your accountant is managing your Receipt Bank account then contact them so they could remove the mobile restrictions from your account.
